Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions apply to all customers utilizing Mainline Kings Fueling Delivery services and govern the delivery of fuel to residential vehicles, commercial fleets, marine vessels, generators, storage tanks, and any machinery or equipment requiring fuel.
By purchasing a membership, booking a service, or receiving fuel delivery from Mainline Kings Fueling (“Company”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Area
Service is available within Parker County, Texas only. The Company reserves the right to decline service outside its designated service area.
2. Membership & Service Stops
Membership plans include a defined number of monthly service stops as stated in the selected plan. A “service stop” is defined as one delivery visit to a single service address during a scheduled delivery window. Unused service stops do not roll over to future billing cycles. Separate service addresses require separate service stops.
3. Fuel Assets
A fuel asset includes any vehicle, equipment, boat, generator, storage tank, or fuel container requiring delivery. Membership includes the number of fuel assets stated in the selected plan. Additional fuel assets at the same service address during the same delivery window may incur additional fees.
4. Fuel Pricing & Billing
Fuel is billed separately from membership fees. Fuel charges are calculated based on the actual number of gallons delivered at current market rates at the time of service. All fuel charges will be processed automatically using the payment method on file after delivery is completed. Customer agrees to maintain a valid payment method at all times.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to: • Provide accurate fuel type information • Ensure safe and clear access to the fuel asset • Properly label all tanks and equipment • Maintain vehicles, equipment, and fuel systems • Secure pets and remove hazards from the service area. The Company may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
6. Incorrect Fuel Selection
Customer is solely responsible for selecting the correct fuel type. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect fuel type information provided by the customer.
7. Mechanical & Equipment Liability Disclaimer
Fuel is sourced from reputable suppliers and handled using standard industry practices. However, the Company is not liable for: • Engine damage • Mechanical failure • Fuel system malfunction • Pre-existing mechanical conditions • Contaminated or improperly maintained tanks • Equipment failure of any kind • Environmental damage caused by faulty customer-owned equipment. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon completion of fuel delivery.
8. Environmental & Spill Disclaimer
Customer assumes responsibility for the integrity and condition of their fuel tanks and equipment. The Company is not responsible for post-delivery leaks, spills, or contamination resulting from defective, damaged, or improperly maintained customer-owned systems.
9. Cancellations & Termination
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Service access continues through the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused service stops. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for: • Non-payment • Unsafe conditions • Misrepresentation • Abuse of service policies
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of fuel delivery services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mainline Kings Fueling, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from customer negligence, improper equipment maintenance, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Customer agrees that venue for any legal action shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Parker County, Texas.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership or booking a service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
